I fainted from kidney disease weakness when I went to the bathroom at 3:30am last night like I did in Feb 2020. This time I tore the toilet paper dispenser off of the wall as I fell to the floor, not the towel rack. Since the toilet paper dispenser wasn't high up on the wall like a towel rack is, I didn't gash my head on the way down in my fall.
It did concern me enough that I sent an email to all students and posted a Brightspace announcement canceling day classes so I can make it to my 3 hour night class tonight.
I am smarting emotionally from the unfairness of it all since I got the kidney damage from overprescribed PTSD Seroquel for my nightmare symptoms at night. Now because of it I am having trouble even making it to early retirement at 62 years of age this May.
Support welcome.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

Today (August 8) is INternational Cat Day. Don't click away! International DOG day is August 26! Both were created to raise aweareness and funds for the well-being of critters. We have many such dayts, to the pint that every day is like an old Catholic saints' day calendar: Take your pick!I'm home, obvs, and still ill. Left calf and foot not great after a tangle-fall, but i'll live. Just can't...

I think once you are in Mexico and can relax you’ll get a new lease on life. I still dream about getting there too.
Keep us posted ok? We’re here for you like you always have been for us.
Of course, I realize there's a saying for people like me that goes "If wishes were horses beggars would ride." I know. Sigh.
I just got my second shot too on Wednesday morning. Remember to stay hydrated.
I’m exhausted & bedridden but was prior to the shot with all my other health stuff going on & arthritis & fibro flares so I’m just going to rest rest all weekend.
I hope you can rest rest all weekend too. We can support each other through this
Sending support & strength
Gentlest of hugs <3
