Those who don't can go to hell "
What a nice way to look at things (eye roll). So I guess what you are saying is that we can all go to hell because none of us really know you. Don't you think that is kind of a negative and arrogant attitude?
I try to be more positive. My attitude is that those who know me well, know me well, and those that don't, don't, but maybe with time they will and hopefully we can be friends. If we can't because we have divergent views that is fine and unless they give me a reason to, I don't have anything bad to say about them.

I know exactly what you are saying. It is like the A killed the marriage that you knew and it also killed a little part of you as well. It killed the ideals you had about your marriage and your H.
When my H does something wonderful for me that makes me feel loved and cared for, like Iregret did for his wife, it renews my faith and makes me feel great and hopeful, but when something bad happens it seems 10 times worse than it used to.
I guess that an A often causes us to feel feel unloved, and disposable and easily replaceable in our relationship. It is a struggle to overcome those feelings and when my H does something that brings those feelings up again, even in a small way, it is harder to overcome.
