Poor Viv, is really sucks when someone sends you harassing PM's. Especially when you repetitively ask them to LEAVE YOU ALONE.

leather----- it is SUPPOSED to be that way. But there is apparently a way that you can open an e-mail and just enter the persons screen name into it and then send it that way. just one of those loop holes. i have never done it, but i remember someone saying how to.

Today I am baking cookies for an Angel Tree party at my church tomorrow. It is a Christmas party for the children of prisoners. I am having a very hard time focusing on what I am supposed to be doing. My heart is aching with the horrific news in CT.

Why is it that we sometimes fight to stay awake all day at work, and you can think of nothing but how nice it would be to go home and lay in bed and sleep...and you somehow finally make it through the longest day ever and yet when the time rolls around to finally leave for the day, you punch out, walk out the door, and you're thinking to yourself how it is going to be nice to lay down and relax, you get home, and you all of a sudden are no longer tired anymore, and you have this sudden burst of energy and feel like taking on the world?!! I don't get it!! Just my random thought...

sitting here with my kids and the dog(s). our new one is really adjusting well. she is very sweet. but she is HUGE. lol. i am still feeling just plain sick over the shootings. I dont know if i should talk to my kids about it or not. On one hand, i feel like it is important in case they ever get put in a situation like that. On the other hand, they have already lost 2 baby cousins, 3 great-grandparents, and a friend of my husbands who had children my kid's age. They already know that kids and parents can die. not just old people. i just dont know if i want to scare them anymore.

right des, ignorance is bliss but knowledge is power. I struggle with this too...wondering if i should tell them or not. I guess you can ask them if they have any questions or just keep an ear out for any signs of concern/or fear on their part.

Having the new doggie is prolly good timing for them right now.

First I have to vent . . . people on FB nee to get off their damned soapboxes and shut up already! How is preaching politics in the wake of such loss of innocent children unlike protesting at a funeral?!

In other news, early Christmas with Dad today, so I'm looking forward to some positivity and distraction.

Turds! Double-farts!

I realize that's TWO things (to say)...

Hubs and the kids arent feeling well, so i decided to go for a run/jog/walk with the dogs. Now, these dogs are too big for me to feel safe walking them at the same time. So i take turns with them. I took bonnie first since she likes to run/jog more. I wasnt sure how clara would do on a leash...she was really excited when i got the leash out and when we walked outside. So i start walking toward the driveway to go into the neighborhood and she runs back to the front door, with her tail between her legs, and hide in the corner...i think she thought that i was taking her to the car to take her back! It was so sad. so i had to walk the opposite direction to get her to come. Even then, anytime we would get near a car she would start tucking her tail between her legs. It was so sad. Luckily, she got it after a few minutes. she actually does very well on a leash!

My dog loves to go for walks. All I have to do is grab the leash and she gets all excited! :)

My heart goes out to all affected by the Newtown CT shooting. I don't know what that feels like so I don't fully understand. But do know that my condolences are with you.

So I am goin to get checked out here in a bit. Having issues peeing. It comes out like real slow. Instead of trying to make an appointment and having to wait, we are gonna go to the ER. I fuckin hate having to go see someone new and explain my situation to them. It's embarrassing as hell.

Viv, I haven't seen or heard from CoJo in a long time.

Angel, good luck at the ER, maybe it's just a UTI that can be cleared up quickly. I understand your embarrassment having to explain your situation to them but remember they are medical professionals and they're there to help.
