check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Bob I know you....you eat mostly veggie and not meat like this....if you were looking to buy a rack of ribs these are a cut called St. Louis Style ribs....so ask the butcher and you should get a rack that looks like this....these were in a kyro sealed package at the store for $2.69 lb on sale....this rack was $12.65
