hubs had friends over today. so, the whole main floor is vacuumed, i gave the couch a wipe down, did all the laundry that was in the hall, scrubbed the floor and the counters and scrubbed the bathroom...well, almost the whole bathroom. i didnt do the tub and shower. my back is killing me since i cant take my ibuprofen right now. he let me take a 3 hour nap earlier, and i am STILL exhausted. getting ready to settle down with a bowl of soup, then some cheesecake, and then some sewing.

I have my housework cut out for me next week. With me being gone for over 3 weeks, it looks like a bomb went off in this house. It's unfuckingbelievable and we're having a house appraiser coming next week. I guess when the "maid" is away nothing gets done around here except for dishes and laundry. At least those things were done. I already have a friend of mine who owns a house cleaning business lined up to come in twice a week for when I'm out of town again and to clean for stbxh after I move.

my husband ate all the cheesecake and only left me this tiny sliver! dammit!

I wake up and go off on those I live with. I wish my dad hadn't pushed my explode button because I have been like this for 3 or 4 fucking days straight.

i am on a liquid diet today and my husband is brewing beer. i feel so sick to my stomach. it is horrible. all i want to do is eat some crackers or something and i cant. blah.

I imagine the smells of beer being brewed are not so great on that empty stomach.

I'm having a very OFF day. SAD mostly. Cannot focus my mind and it is eating away at my self esteem.

I need an easy accomplishment to push me back up. Maybe I'll bake some bread or something.

apples knock of the PH for bread dough too much and intefer with the yeast growth. That is why you typically see apples in quick type breads like apple crisp
oh man... apple crisp.
I've got some omega 3 oil... think it is flax, but it is soooooo expensive I don't want to use it for bread. I'll get some more olive oil after I check the bank acct tomorow.
Think tonight I'll just drink a few beers and eat the leftovers from cooking for the kids this weekend.
