Went to eye doctor at lens crafters. I like the guy there. But the receptionist pissed me off. Started off with her mumbling to me about filling out the paperwork. Then after I was done the other bimbo told me they didn't take my insurance. I told her they did. She insisted they didn't and told me I could go to sears. - got me twisted. I told her I would go to a real doctors office.
Then when I left I not only looked it up, but called Aetna also. Guess what, they do take the insurance. I marched myself back in there and told them both off. Inept Idiots.
Then I went to the apple store. Why do they call it a store if you need an appointment or reservation to talk to some one. Yes they got a piece of my mind too and I was helped.
THEN I had to go to the Verizon store. Here again, you need to have an appointment. WTF? That is just bullshit. Take your damn stores out of malls if you have to make appointments.
Then I went to the drive up teller at the bank. What do they do put the slowest employee on the window? I got pissed and took my stuff to the ATM.
Now I'm in the waiting room at the doctors office. My appointment was at 1:30. I came early like they asked to fill out my paperwork, yet here I sit WAITING.
See, this is why I hate leaving the house. Nothing but problems. And from here I get to go to the grocery store before all my coupons expire
Okay rant is over for now. Grrrrrrrrrr
Only one way to tell, when you get home check the internet... LOL
I think we should be able to deduct OUR waiting time from what they get paid for the appointment...
