I do. I work primarily with un-socialized and highly aggressive dogs. I work strictly from a behaviorist point of view. The proudest cases are the ones that other trainers have deemed "Unfixable" and suggest the owners euthanize the dog. Then I work with the dog and with my methods they achieve 100% rehabilitation. I change and save lives on a daily basis. I love what I do. I'll post a picture from today

l am that way with cats. lol. even cats that hate people usually like me. l love animals.

My dad always said don't trust anyone that hates animals. In my dating days, first questions I would ask, do you have pets. If the answer was no, I'd ask why. If he said he didn't like animals in general and specifically house pets, it was always the first and last date. I wouldn't waste my time on a non-animal lover.

my husband is not an animal fan. mainly because he is allergic to almost everything, especially cats. he likes dogs, and we have 2, but he isnt very fond of them right now since they jumped up to the counter and ate the 6 hamburgers he had made and was saving.

I'm involved and always have been too much with animal rescue to be with someone who didn't have a love of animals. I never know when I'll be bringing an animal home or what kind of animal it will be whether it be to keep, to hold until the owners are found or to nurse back to health. It's the one thing that is not open for discussion in a relationship I'm in. Stbxh knew this before we got into a serious relationship and so did my partner.

Mookie, the parrot rescue I got called on a month or so ago, stbxh came home and said "where'd he come from?" I called partner that night and said "just so you know, we now have a parrot to go along with the rest of our *zoo*."

I'm the same way. My dog was a client and when he said he wanted rid of her she became mine. My three snakes are all rescues from poor ownership and they were friends of friends. And my turtle was a rescue the previous owners wanted to throw him in a lake (he's NOT an aquatic turtle) because he bit the daughter when she wiggled her finger in front of his face. (he eats worms and crickets. Her fucking fault)

Went to see Step Up Revolution. I really enjoyed it, and I think I like it better than the original which was my favorite in the series. Very good plot. I recommend you see it if you're a fan of dance dramas.

okay. seriously pissed. the people at church forgot my son in the bathroom and he was left alone while they left the classroom. what's even worse? they didnt even notice they lost him.

So update on my grandpa. I went to visit him today in the hospital and it was so hard..

He had his eyes open but didn't really know where he was and also wasn't all that responsive. When I left the room I said "It was great to see you grandpa, I'll see you later. I love you." He raised his hand up and tried to wave at me. It was the most action he'd done the whole time I was there. So touching.

The doctor just called about an hour ago and said that although he has been progressing from getting the fluid out of his lungs, he isn't progressing fast enough and his heart is really taking a beating. They pretty much said that his children and wife need to get together and talk about what they should do because at this point they want to take him off the breathing tube and put him in hospice.

Your prayers have been so nice, and I can see them working but if it's his time to be taken to a better life, then I want to know that he'll be happy there. I thank you guys so much, for everything.

des....that is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Just the other day, a child was left in a daycare van and died. How horrible is that? That is just not good. It COULD'VE been a disaster. I think you need to find out what the heck happened and what protocols they have in place to ensure this NEVER happens again!

Whyme, I'm sorry about your grandpa. But don't give up hope; if he's wanting to hang in there, then there's always a way. I hope peace comes to him and your family one way or the other though. It's tough times to deal with I'm sure. (((((hugs))))))

I would be pissed too Des.. Something like that happened to my son when he was at camp.. I went to pick him up and he wasn't anywhere. They had gone to the town beach that day.. When I asked the coach where he was, they had no answer for me.. I heard the coach ask a counselor if he knew where J. Was - he said, you know, the kid who was in the water all day... Talk about a sinking feeling... They called the town park and he was there.. My son was old enough to tell the lifeguards that his camp left without him...it took them longer to figure out what camp he was with...
From then on, I not only drilled him every day he ever went to camp, but I also put the information in his lunch bag or backpack.

John's mom died earlier and I turn on my Backstreet Boys station and "Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely" by BSB comes on as well as "Nobody Knows" by The tony Rich Project. Why does pandora know my mood right now? And yes I am crying a little cause she was like a grandma to me.
