There's a really determined ant on my deck. I'm watching her try to drag a crumb of something about ten times her size back to the nest. She's made it about half a foot in the last ten minutes... only about three hours to go, at this rate...

No, mine either. My sciatica has been acting up all week, the leg I broke last year is aching and my mood is less than pleasant. Oh well, can't change Mother Nature.

i think my scale is messed up? how is it today that i suddenly jump on the scale and i am LOWER than my goal weight? i havent even been doing anything but painting and cleaning? blah.

I don't know what type scale you have but if it's a regular bathroom scale so many things can affect their accuracy. How cold or warm the room is, humidity in the room, if they're moved a little bit can cause them to be off by a few pounds.

The only time I get weighed is when I go for a doc appt. The # on the scale means nothing to me, when I like what I see when I'm naked and look in the mirror, then I'm at the weight I want to be at.
