just dl'd spybot search and destroy.
spybot said....got some threats we can clear but those 2 pesky ones in memory, we can't destroy.
that's the virus.
after that fake notice, i cleared all my screens and was going to do a scan when i got a microsoft security window that said to click here to remove....i did, and it looked like it was legit, but i think that was fake also and that clicking downloaded it to memory.

The Trojan has infected your explorer.exe file and it has to be repaired..
