When I was 13, while most kids were kissing their first boy and getting ready to transition to high school, I was talking companies into hiring me for full time contract work to avoid the labor legalities so that I could put food on the table for my brother and sister...and myself. I was picking them up from school, helping them with homework, and disciplining them.
The age of 13 shouldn't include any of that.
So the number doesn't really matter. It's what you're doing now that counts. :) :)
