I'm worried about my boyfriend and my relationship. I know he has a lot on his plate and thats most likely why he's been distant. He suffers from Anxiety and is very cautious.
We haven't seen each other in person since the start of the omacron varient broke out. We talk on the phone but lately I'm the on calling him.
He has been working overtime for months and found out his mother has stage 4 cancer. Of course he's be visit his mother frequently. This is very tiring for him. I know about having a loved one with cance because this is how I lost my husband. It's a draining thing to deal with.
I don't want our relationship to end. We have so much in common. We are the same age, we love cats and have similar taste in movies and tv. He is kind and compassionate. He, also, a wonderful cook. He doesn't want to get married and never had children. This isn't a deal breaker for me. I've been married twice so I don't need to marry, again. I know he will be busy for awhile and like to think when his plate is less full that we will spend time together, again.
I just wanted another opinion on the situation.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

I was being paranoid. I've had the rug pulled out from under me many times so I'm on high alert much of the time.
Any mention of you two seeing each other any time soon? I think getting together in person would be really fun for the two of you. Take away some of both of your stresses for awhile, and have some fun together.
I’ve had all kinds of terrible things happen in my life, but I always make time for people who matter the most.. no excuses.
However, I always made excuses for my partners..
it has to be be fair and it has to be balanced..
you deserve to feel fulfilled in a relationship, so you have every right to be concerned.
I hope things work out well for both of you :-)
