Help. What Can I do

I really hope someone out here can help me. My boyfriend was taken into custody after he failed a polygraph yesterday . After speaking with his mom, his PO is upset that he went golfing, and has been to my apt where I had wine in the fridge. She is letting him out tomorrow, however, she has put a no contact with me rule in his probation rules. I dont know why, and she isnt returning my calls. What can I do? What can we do? We live in Wisconsin.

Because you reported it right away, neither you nor him should feel any effects from the PO... sometimes contact can't be avoided, but it is how the two of you act when it happens, the steps you take to comply, that will help you. The fact that you called the PO right away about it is a good thing... I doubt you'll be in trouble.

I sure hope your right. Im glad to see your from WI. Im in FdL county. I havent heard anything from her YET. I was thinking she would send me to jail, although I have NO criminal background. .. only 1 speeeing ticket. .. or I would get a call hes in jail and she would make us break up. She still may do all the above, I dont know.

The PO can't send YOU to jail, she can only do it him. So no fear of that, just fear that your actions could reflect badly on him... that is all they care about...

I am in the central part of the state in Marathon county so things are different here than where you are, in my opinion, much harder where you are at than where my husband and I live.

I don't think that they'll do a PO hold on that brief accidental contact, what if it had been the grocery store? or the gas station? as long as you recognized that it was a rule infringement, reported it as you should and he should have too, you both should suffer no consequences from this chance encounter.

I sure hope not, but she does what she wants depending how her day is going. I was Ok today because I didn't hear anything bad happened, well turned out she was out of the office today so I will have to stress out all day tomorrow now. UGH.

I can really use some prayers sent my way that she will let this slide and let us at least talk on the phone.

Ugh still havent heard anything from his family or his PO. His family isnt returning any txt mesg, I sent one yesterday morning and one this evening. I didnt want to seem pushy but omgosh Is he in jail?? Did his po tell him that now our relationship has to be over?? Was he taken to a half wayhouse?? Can his family no longer be in contact with me? I have so many questions.. First of them is that is he OK .. ?? Nxt one is of course is do we have to break up?? Im driving myself crazy

He is probably playing it extra safe in staying in compliance with the no-contact rule. I would not assume this is any negative reflection about you in terms of his family not replying. He probably told them not to so he could stay in compliance.
