I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field. ice cream, dark chocolate, spicy filling food like chili or burritos, sushi, sour candy, pumpkin pie, pho noodle soup, soul food like fried chicken and maybe even grits sometimes
I like to eat alot of different things for comfort, hehe.
followed by apple crumble and icecream.
I will be posting the recipe for my cheese grits in the foodie group. I can promise you.. you'll love em!
Also weak towards Cheesecake and Crisps; especially Pringles.

I do love fried bologna and regular bologna. Hard to beat a bologna sandwich on fresh white bread with mayo, lettuce and tomato. :0)

His special quickie meal was fried bologna sandwiches.
That day my mom had given me one of her care packages of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and rye bread. (ie the stuff to make reuben sandwiches!)
I was cooking mine the same time he was cooking theirs.
She is a good German woman, and loved fried food back then. Especially reubens!
I of course made absolutely no effort to disguise what I was cooking, and even invited them to share with me!
