What are your favorite comfort foods?

I thought I'd start a fun thread. Chocolate and ice cream are two of my comfort foods. I have a weakness for sweets in general. What are your comfort foods?

Mmm, I'm with LMT, I love cheese grits ( I love grits in all forms especially a nice Cajun shrimp and grits), I also love my mom's chicken and dumplings. I've finally perfected them, so I can make them just like her.

I also love, love, love panang curry. It's probably my #1 comfort food.

Another big favorite of mine is slow cooking a big pot of pintos, served with cornbread and hot sauce. I crumble the cornbread in the bottom of the bowl, spoon pintos over top and drizzle with hot sauce.
