Hello everyone. Just heard on the news about the shooting. at Sandy hook Elementary so Far they have confirmed 27 dead 18 are childern This is just horrific. I can't understand how somebody could do this sort of thing My heart breaks for the familes who have lost childern Please Keep the family,s in your thoughts and prayers today.

He's right on some level but he should have continued. Our society is broken.

Breakdown of family, breakdown of focus on what's really important, church/God/faith is all an afterthought to so many people.

This type of tragedy would not happen in 1950 even if the same guns were plopped into people's hands. The genie is out of the bottle on guns and even if we tap it back in a bit (through some control) what's worse is the overall change in our society.

Morgan is right, turn off the news. Then again, at times, he's said many things that should be turned off as well.

There just aren't words to but to this massacre. Let's not help the shooter's name be remembered. Remember the names of those lost not his name. No infaminy for these killers is warranted. It shoud be policy on news to NOT provide the name of a gunan. Anonimity, the chance that they do this to get their name aa househould word across the world needs to be eliminated. I thinkthat's the first and most obvious step in prevention.

I was watching the news about the shooting. Very sad. The shooter had killed himself, how sad. He was only 24 years old. I wonder if he was dealing with a mental illness.

From my perspective . Im glad the shooter killed himself. Can you imagine how many thousands of more times his name would be mentioned by the media if he was awaiting trial. My biggest fear is that some copy cat tries to kill even more to get his name it the news.
I dont think the shooters name should even be mentioned . Just refer to
him as "the Devil ". Other mentally ill kids on the edge may decide to die famous if theyve aready made the decision to take their own life.
