easy just one? LOL I cooked a roast beef roast in my crock pot today by the meat thermometer probe to my crock pot as I wanted it well done...it was perfect...

I almost finished my filing of taxes on taxactonline tonight too but did not have the PIN I need to finish and efile....so I will get that tomorrow and efile tomorrow

I stayed at work all day instead of running away and working the rest of the day from home. Right now, that's a huge accomplishment for me, since I want nothing more than to be in bed cuddling with the dog. Even if that includes the laptop.

I got more packing done. Am moving on the 20th. UGH.

I went to work after my therapy session and didn't break down or lash out at other people. I usually see her on my day off so I don't have to deal with this. It was extremely hard since I just wanted to go home and get into bed. I'm very proud of myself.

Made my daughter a greenhouse model she was so happy and proud taking it to school .. can't wait for her to get back

sweet why are you moving? is in the same city or are you changing from one area to another? What are the causes of this move? I am curious as I did not know you were moving....hugs bill

What a fun thread! I cleaned the toilets,and felt much better after! Nothing like a sweet smelling bathroom to give a gal a lift!

Im just guessing. SP is moving because of the confrontation she asked us to comment on three days ago.

Yesterday I did all of my household chores before leaving for work, and left work early for an appointment with my optometrist. I reported my new glasses do not seem focused well. She attempted to fix them and broke the frame. It will take a week to get that replaced and I will have to go back.

Everyone in that office yesterday sounded like they were huffing helium. I am also hearing impaired; I hear sounds fine but do not understand high pitched voices and I had to keep asking them to repeat and they acted annoyed with me. (deep breath and long sigh)

Then the pharmacy I use was out of the medication I take for macular degeneration and I have to go back there in a couple of days

Sixtyplus-you're right in guessing that that confrontation was with my landlady. But I had planned to move a long time ago. Because of her, and because of financial reasons. I am only moving 15 minutes from where I live now. I will be moving to a home that I already own, but used to use exclusively for my day care center.I am NOT HAPPY about it at all, it will be very small for me-the area that I will use, and half my stuff is going into storage. NOT HAPPY. But hey-I'll be saving $2,100 a month!! And just so you know-one of the problems with the landlady is that she expected ME to shovel the snow on the back porch, steps, and walkway leading away from the house. That was just ONE of the problems. She was getting all that money from me for over 6 years, but couldn't hire someone to do my area. How's THAT for cheap!!! And the list goes on and on..........

I woke up to another day to give my kids a kiss and hug before they went to school. How is this an accomplishment you ask? Well if I didn't put myself through hell to be there with them, it wouldn't happen.

It's a bit early yet~ I went to a so-called low cost dental clinic only to discover I cannot afford them (cracked tooth/unemployed/little money), so came to the library to research home remedies and ordered a couple of things online to help with this at a fraction of what it would have cost just for the dental exam and x-rays at the dental clinic. Now I am here, keeping my chin up :)

I have survived over half a day at work so far.

That is awesome...I know driving in weather can take a lot of nerve...sometimes our last one. I live in snow...and sometimes even with the shortest distance I white knuckle it. FOG is crazy. Glad you met it head on. Today I stayed home from work. I just sat and cried. I then realized that I haven't spoken to my mom in a couple of weeks and I gave my 92 year old mom a call. I caught up on homework and just got to experience some quiet. I may have needed a self care day and just wasn't facing it. :)
