I support your right to express that God does not exist as much as others insist he does.

i hope you feel a little relieved. it feels good just screaming and bitching and just letting it go. i'm sorry your in so much pain. but keep venting, ranting, and expressing yousrelf.

now for all who are telling her she can't blame whoever, thats enough. she can express herself how she chooses, whether you agree with it or not. its a choice to look at this post and its a choice to ignore it.

Although you don't believe in God, or blame him, I will pray for your friend. Those are horrible health issues to deal with. Unfortunately the human body is perfectly flawed.

i know its a matter of opinion, but in my opinion, god does not bring the evil aspects of life, satan does. if he controlled everything then everyone and everything would be peerfect and predictable. sure, she is suffering now, but after she lives out the full of her life, god will bring her to heaven. i hope she feels better soon, and im sure some good will come out of this.idk.im tryin to be optomistic. i hope it all works out for the best!

Please do not take this as judgement; you have every right to feel like you do. I just couldn't help but think, when I read this and when I've read things like this before, how is it people curse the SAME God they do NOT beleive in? If there is no God, what is the sense in cursing Him?

Jenn, i am so sorry that the subject of your post has had such trials and tribulations. i am also sorry that you have also gone through these with her. many hugs to you though i have no answers to your questions or your anger toward god. i will say, however, that god is on top of it and know exactly why things happen as they do. perhaps if you are still and give it a chance you will be able to come to terms with all of this sadness and possibly some sort of understanding.

and for some who have responded, you've left me confused: if god is all powerful (omnipotent) and all knowing (omniscient) like the bible says then he either causes or allows both good and bad to happen (Job). im assuming that those who have said that god is not in control and that he has not to do with the bad only the good are not of the JudeoChristian, bible reading and believing faith.

you ask where is God in your time of need? standing right beside you, carrying you, wanting to comfort you. our world is broken, thats why such bad things happen to beautiful people. God doesnt want our world to be broken and has promised to fix it. im looking forward to that day, a new heaven and a new earth. death is not the end. she will be brought to life again because of her faith and she will have a perfect body and mind. hope this is comforting in some way.

I;m sorry for your pain ,there are a lot of us here.All have there own story . I will not say that yours is any worse then I have seen .

God has big shoulders he can handle it . Like they say every knee will bow. If you will not do it willingly he will keep piling it on until you do.

I will pray that he heal your pain .

God does not bring sicknesss on people. He sent his son tho bore them for us. There is alot of stuff we bring on ourselves to cause disease and sickness. My dad died way to early from a major stroke. We as his children had to make the decion to stop feeding him because he was completely brain dead but had a strong heart. I had to watch him die for 2 weeks.
If it wasn't for God I would have never made it through it. My mother was in complete liver failure and both kidneys shut down they wrote her off but we prayed daily over her and she is doing well. So God is not a cruel God it just hurts when these things happen because we have feelings. At least if she is a christian she knows that when she gets to heaven there is no pain and no tears. You are given a new body. Don;t let this give Satan the edge in your life. That is what he is waiting for.
If she needs anything it is prayers and love and support. I will keep you both in prayer and hope you are able to see that God is love not one who hurts us.
