Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Just wanted to tell you that you crack me up and it really looks like you may be going fishing real soon with everything that you are stocking up on! LMAO!
Please bring ChronicIL BACK!! We miss her and need her!
Just make sure that you don't get any unsavory people writing to you! Lol.
I think the only way the tension will ease is w/ some resolution for ChronicIL. Being declared, for all intents and purposes, an non-person to a group that feels like family is devastating not only to the "non-person" but to the "family".
I think you could cut the line, throw it back, and then if you catch the same fish it won't count as two.
I had a couple of pretty bad flare ups today. I wish W/C would make a decision.
David.
This has gone on long enough. Whatever has happened is over and done and everyone should get a second chance.
We need our group back. Like she quoted from Rodney King..." Why can't we all just get along"
You go girl. I really miss you.
I do not know what this person did to get themself banned here, and I think that is a big issue. It sounds like DS is not going to reply to your requests to reinstate your friend. I think we really do need for that person to know the reasons they are warned/suspended and eventually banned. You can't change your behavior unless you know the reason.
Bipolar is now a dry boring board. I have some wonderful friends there, but it is like all the other bipolar forums I have been in - people whining about their problems.
Maybe we all need to get together and petition DS for some better ways of managing problems? I don't know how to go about it, since they didn't listen to us, and they don't appear to be listening to you.
Sorry for intruding. Maybe I should join, and give you some of my ways of coping with chronic pain. I can't take pain meds because they give me migraines. So I am very creative at trying to ignore coping with diseases that have made me crippled and left me living in pain.
Of course you are welcome here. Do we have a group here that is always in total agreement, no. I would say that we have a good group and family that has their moments.
Anyway if you feel compelled to add to this group I would like to say, welcome.
David.
