I'm here and I'm nervous and need company. I'm trying not to let my anxiety get the better of me this morning, but I could use some help.

I'll throw myself into Dixie'sgroup hug...there. I've never been terribly huggy...just ask my former co-workers. It was sort of an ongoing joke.

I do, however, find myself typing it and meaning it in my DS family.

I also don't cry, scream or even wimper in real life. Sometimes, the only way people know it's a particularly bad day is by the way I walk more carefully, work more slowly or am so tired that even makeup can't hide it from my face.

I'd really like to rest right now, but a client will be coming in the door in a few minutes...and so it goes... Giving in to the pain that's really creeping up on me, will have to be hidden for the next couple hours.

Sigh.....it's tiring.

I cannot stop crying. I hardly have the words to speak. I've found such comfort and love from this group. I suddenly don't have anything to give. I would greatly appreciate any hugs I can get. I really feel defeated.

Good morning Marcie and David. I love those hugs Marcie, thank you. I am actually up this morning cause i'm going to meet an old friend for coffee later. I haven't seen her in a couple years because we live 2 hrs apart but we were best friends since we were preschoolers. It will be so nice to catch up. We are both cp'ers but she has no insurance so is not medicated and suffers alot. its hard for us to get together but right now we both felt we could make the drive 1 hr to meet in the middle. the way my heel has been acting up I think I'll get bf to come and drive for me, they haven't met anyway.

The tendon at the back of my right heel feels extremely tight and holding my foot on the gas pedal makes it hurt in a very short time. Yesterday the 5 minute drive to the doctor set it off so an hour is out of the question..... oh to have cruise control!

I'm also still having alot of bladder pain. feels like the pain of infection but I have no other signs so not sure what's up. Last night it hurt bad enough I could barely walk, scared me it was so bad so quick but with some bt meds and rest it eased up enough I didn't feel it was necessary to see a doctor right away.

Its strange.... all this pain and its NOT my back.... guess the fates have me scheduled for pain regardless... c'est la vie! Hope everyone is having a good day, best possible. Find some joy friends
