Hope it will subside later in the day. Was hoping to accomplish more with aide to today with organizing but the last month has been pretty bad pain wise. My meds just haven't been working consistantly. Well I have to accept if I hurt it just not going to get done right now. I know I am letting the clutter get to me and I have to accept that it will get down when I am able. It just it been so long since I done anything constructive and I am being hard on myself. My birthday is Tuesday and everyone is like don't you want to do things or have a party. I say I just want to do stay home, watch a good film, have my little ice cream cake and perhaps order pizza and call it a early night with a good book. I hate to say it but I don't really want to make a big deal about turing forty. You guys are my friends and a Happy birthday would be what I wanted from everyone at DS!
I'm going to try an Epsom salt bath and then put my TENS on, it helps a little but I can only wear it for a short period then have to take it off as I am allergic to the adhesive on the electrodes.
I have boxes of stuff to sort through and put away from my sister's place. She's moving into a smaller place and gave me a bunch of stuff she needs to get rid of. Some was mine to start with so I agreed to take it all. But the sorting is going to kill me. I'll have to do it very slowly but I already have a list of things I need to do - time to prioritize I guess.

I have been in such pain all day I finally took some extra Fentanyl. Guess what, the pain is still there :)
I am going to go chase my new puppy now, who seems to have an afgfinity for mechanical pencils (14 so far) :))
