I doing better than I have been. Started Cymbalta about a week and a half ago.

i need a hug. and everything else. just took a walk, did too much today, feels like me legs are being ripped off my body and my back is screaming. waiting for pain pills to kick in. took walk b/c it hurt too much to lie down, but i'm trying again. this was a very hard day emotionally and physically. thanks. i've tried my best to suck it up, but i'm asking for help.

JC...HA! We all know you have than that to say.

I've been up since 2:30 and instead of meds getting pain under control, the painful spasms are getting worse by the minute. I need to be able to work today, but I could scream at the thought of it.

I've still got some time to figure out what will work so I can! Putting a smile on my face and pampering people is tougher than you'd think. It used to be so much easier and I actually enjoyed it!

I feel better that I have in weeks. I think Ativan withdrawl is coming to an end. Gratitude is my word for the day. (Hopefully, more than a day, but a way of life).

Another crappy sleep when am I going to learn to strap myself to the bed so I will have no choice but to just sleep and if I do wake up I have to lay there till I go back to sleep.

My leg nerve pain has been acting up and I think the lyrica use which was working is now not it was nice while it lasted tho I will give it that. I have to go to the doctors this week anyways so I will tell her that again my leg is hurting and again not much we can do as we have done everything under the sun with no hope.

Hi folks, we're in the midst of a terrible snowstorm today. It has shut down all the schools and alot of businesses but I made it to my pm appointment this morning. Not much change except for OxyNeo now that oxycontin has been discontinued. My docs opinion is that it is only because the patent was running out, not to deter abuse since they are really only doing it for the money. He puts his opinions right out there but he's such a great doc and always nice to me, never doubts me or treats me like an addict.

Besides that I'm in alot of pain today, missed my morning pills by 1 1/2 hrs so I'll be all day catching up. That's what storm days are for I guess, stay in and stay warm.

Manny sorry you're not getting sleep, I've been the same lately and even sleeping pills aren't working for me. I'm not working so decided to just go with it, sleep when I can and see what happens.

Marcie, go ahead and cry, you'll feel better. You can use my shoulder, hope you feel better soon. Sending positive thoughts your way.
