Its really cold here too -19 C (-2F) with a wind child of -33C and I have to go out to physio in 1/2 hr. I don't even know if my car will start in this cold. My fingers are froze and stiff and I haven't left my bed yet lol. I had a busy weekend and haven't been on here at all but wishing everyone a happy Monday and low pain. Hugs and peace,

Hugs to all of you who are hurting. I had a few hours of not too bad today, big thumbs up for that. Too bad it didn't last.

Sending gentle hugs and warm smiles to anyone that is in need of them. Pain sure sucks... but without this place life with cp would be a whole lot harder. Most of the time I find sending out a whole lot of hugs makes me feel better than just about anything else... so thank goodness for DS and for my friends here, who stop me from feeling so alone. Hope everyone had a great Valentine's day. We didn't do anything spectacular but had a valentine cake and got each other some small gifts and chocolate. My youngest dd and her bf worked out their problems and are back together now so that kind of made my day. Babysat Noah today and had some fun with him. It always makes me hurt worse to babysit but its worth it for an evening or two each week. I'd miss him if I didn't do it.

Tomorrow I'll be meeting with my insurance guy when I go into work in the afternoon. I hope he shows up after I've been there for almost 2 hrs so he can see that I really am in alot of pain, not just a complainer. He's driving 4 hrs to see me so he can't set a firm time... depends on traffic and weather. After tomorrow I should have my work aids or at least plans for someone to order or pick them up - just a kneeler, standing work station and an exercise ball (to sit on)

I'm here it's late. Valentines is over now. Thank God. Too many expectations. I'm not feeling very good tonight. My throat is hurting and the congestion is affecting my breathing. My mouth is so dry it's awful. Good thing I don't have a boyfriend tonight would've been a bust for him. Everything happens for a reason.
