Hi everyone!

Huge huge snowstorm today... blowing like crazy. I decided not to go out (well I couldn't cause my driveway wasn't cleared) so I have no weekend paper today. I'm going to miss my Sudokus the most lol.
I'm still with this stomach flu thing so not feeling great but not too awful bad either, so life is fine.

Yep! Snowed in today! I got out yesterday in the middle of the storm to shovel snow... twice, and the second time did me in. Now my back has blocked completely so I can move only very very slowly and can't bend at all. So, now I'm snowed in cause I can't finish the job.
And it's a gorgeous day out there!

So I'm a bit anxious about how long this is going to last cause I will have to go out at some point to get food but I can't in this condition.
which is when I get to really practice "one day at a time" and not worry about tomorrow. I have enough food for a few more days.
As long as I stay still, I'm not in too much pain.

I usually appreciate my solitude but at times like this, I sure wish I had a partner. (sigh). But, I do have neighbours so I may have to call on them. And I do have a guy who does my driveway so hopefully, he'll come back and do the rest.

So I could use some gentle hugs today!
And I'm sending out some to those who are not feeling good.

oh ama, gentle hugs. there are times when a partner is nice. i hope your neighbor comes around. i have a friend in upstate NY who lives alone and has very nice neighbors. harsh conditions usually bring out the best in people. i hope you get some food and rest.

I FINALLY am getting another assistant and she starts tomorrow. They were concerned that this new woman was too much of a people person and her outgoing cheery person may upset the apple cart. Sheesh! We could use some cheery people for a change! I can't wait to have much needed help and someone who smiles for a change. That person used to be me.

Well, I am not sure how I am. I am in Hendersonville just north of Nashville spending the night in a chair next to my 91yo Grandmothers hospital bed. I knew this was coming, and still....

hI EVERYONE, i am just hanging on. I feel that each day a piece of me is gone. I FEAR SO MUCH I AM LOOSING MY SON AND I KNOW I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. I have tried to be ok but i just am not. I need all the prayers i can get, it is hard to pray for myself. I hope everyone's pain is under control and thay can move on. Sorry to go on but i need to say something or i think i will start screaming. Thank-s for reading this and have less pain. Big Hugs
