Ok, I'm sure this has probably been asked before and I'm looking for honest answers. Since we are or have been all in the same boat regarding divorce/separation/breakups, etc....would you ever consider getting remarried after going through such a trauma? If so, how long would you wait to do it? I'm really to the point where I don't think (no I know) I could ever trust anyone again..let alone date or get married to them. Just seeing what the opinions are out there.

Siege...thanks that is a good analogy..but for me I really don't think I could ever trust anyone again or I will always wonder about them..it's not fair to the other person either being put thru that.

HC...throwing condoms..exchange of phone numbers...BINGO, baby. Hot lookin' dresses...yes and push up bras..for us women...for me...hmmm...I'll think about that one. Hell no on the beater...let's rent Porches, Lamborghini's...hey we got the sexy dresses and such..why not.

I'm open to getting married again but don't need to. I want to have fun with someone.

No idea how long. This time I'm in no hurry. This time I need someone that enjoy being around me and I can really talk to. I need someone with things in common and willing to have fun with me but still has independence. I need someone happy with themselves and enjoys having kids around.

I still trust until someone shows me otherwise.

Wow..good for you...you still trust...for me that is NO longer an option for anyone. Been there done that too many times only to have it crushed. Having fun with someone is an option. I did not rush into my marriage...we dated 7 years before we got married, and was married 12 years...together 19 years. It's not like I took the vows lightly or anything. Maybe I should have just run like I wanted to.
