I think I'm going to try and work it out with my wife. I'm not sure how I'm going to achieve this goal, but I do know that I am not healing and this site is not working. So I guess I will just be proactive and take matters into my own hands.

You are going to mess shut up up whether you like it or not. Its the way of the world. Your job is to privide the moral compass they need. You're damned if you or damned if you don't.
As a child that grew up wishing her parents would divorce due to my dads drinking and my mother is so fucking weak, the only thing I learned if that I was never going to be in a fucked up relationship like that. So by all means, stick with someone without a sex drive so they can maybe drow up and have a relationship just like that.
Man up, either take a balls up approach and make it work because you love your wife. And want a positive relationship, or don't be namby pamby and admit your going on because you have given up. Don't pin this bullshit on its what's best for the kids.
