My x goes through times of being such a jerk and  yelling to being super nice. I can't change that and it drives me nuts. I am over him I am just sad of all the waisted time I spent. But also glad about what I learned. He posted on social media I am fat and lazy when I work and workout. He tries bring me down.

he is already down way way down there. If a person was mentally kosher
and a winner and a positive person would they be looking to call you names
and belittle you.Sure Sure you have to leave. and tell him to Let the Door

Why can't you change it, (as you just stated)? You have control over how much time you interact with him. Do not react to his meanness. He sounds like a bully, really. And, if you just do your best to ignore his mean words and stay quiet, he will get bored and find someone else to pick on. You said you are over him. Then his words would not affect you. Maybe work on your self esteem, and his words will soon mean absolutely nothing to you. Because you will know your self worth.

sounds like you made the right choice. who wants to live with a bully? no matter how nice they can be at times he was just a bully, hes just showing his true colors now. bullies are immature people with a problem of self worth, to bring another down so you can look better, in reality they feel less then, thats why they do it.

Sweetie, why are still dealing him? Do you have kiddos together? If you do not then cut the ties and move away from all things HIM. I'm praying for you as you heal from this. If you do have kids...I don't think that requires you to be Facebook friends with him or anything.....contact via text or phone is all that's needed. Cut out all extra. Also, have you talked to a therapist for yourself yet? <3 hugs to you sweetie!

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
