P.S..It also helps to go to an Ocean with a bottle with a list of things that your are thankful for since this change has occurred. And make peace with the painsl you have endured. It worked for me about 80 percent
I am building a list of character issues..... that will fit in the bottle.
I must have been blinded by love for 5 years not to see these issues.....

Most of the the answer will be no, and no. I've been there...after each reach out...I feel stupid...and felt like I regressed.
Seems like you may be addicted. The best way to deal with an addiction is calling it what it is...and know that you are supsceptible to its allure.
That connection is great for that second if the person replies...but don't you in the end always feel disappointed and worst? Then you wait again for enough time to pass to rewrite your story and try again.
Find something that interests you in a healthy way and pour your energy into that. That will help.
Sending you light and love!
