i was in a relationship that ended 4 months ago. I was ok at first because I was thinking, maybe she’ll come back or we can fix it. At month 2 she said she was really done with me, and she was dating someone else. At that moment my world ended. I never knew I could feel such pain. So after much begging over a month and she crying to me and me crying to her, I wanted to just leave it alone. Cause no matter what I said she would always says, I’m not leaving my guy. But she would talk with me for 4-6 hours a day, and always send me pictures when I asked. She even told her guy I was her best friend so she could keep me around. I told her I can’t be her friend cause I’m in love with her and that would be hard for me. So finally after a outing together, she broke down and cried for an hour while with. It really hurted me to see her that way. She said before she left she would call me later on. But I had a feeling that, that would be the last time I would see or hear from her again. This has really messed me up. I know I need to move on but I feel stuck, just hoping she comes back. I want to call her everyday. But you can’t make a person want you who doesn’t want you. She said she loved me, but now I just wonder if she was lying the whole time.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

But she has moved on, and so should you.
You need to focus on you, be the best version of u , you can be.
Take count of your hobbies, likes, and health.
Stop contacting her, stop replying to her.
If you have to make a deal with yourself, try a day no contact, then two, then a week, then two, then a month then two. Then after 3 months of no contact and much healing and growing write her a love letter. Challenge yourself to make it 3 months no contact. Show how strong you are.
Stop stalking her on social media.
Let us know your progress, how long can you go no contact and no looking for her?
It is tough, going through a break up, but she is jerking you around, to be honest. You deserve to be with someone who is 100% with you, and not still talking to you while she is with another guy, calling you her "friend" now, just so she can feed her ego by having two guys wanting her. Some women want a lot of attention, and from a lot of guys.
Also, No Contact, if that is what you are doing, means not responding back to the other person if they contact you. You need to block her phone number, block her on social media, etc.
It's tough right now, but it will get better. It takes some time, alone and away from anything to do with her, for you to heal from the inside.
Do you have any other friends, family, people at church (if you go), to hang out with? It helps take your mind off this, and maybe you will meet and talk to someone new while you are out socializing :) Do you have hobbies, play sports at all? I recommend co-ed recreation sports leagues. Great place to meet people, make new friends. Lots of fun and you get some exercising in too. You could check your local park or community college for any sports leagues. They are usually very low cost also. Hang in there!!
