i view americans as God's children just like i do any other country, but at the same time i view us as spoiled b/c we have alot of blessings that we take for granted that other countrys don't have..

American people is much like Canadian people in my view. pretty much depend on each other and despite some social differences (heal care and so on), we are pretty much lick alike.

Join War & Terrorism. Thats the kind of stuff we talk about everyday. Americas position in the world. Who we are and what we stand for. All Americans arent spoiled brats. Especially the immigrants. In my town we have a family of asian immigrants who own a small stop and go. They are the hardest workers. They are always very very nice. Customer satisfaction is priotity #1.
Im really proud of them. And they deserve citizenship.

In fact when I woke up this morning I thought about them. Im ready to get up off my ass and start my own small business now. I would be proud to work beside them.

They are a true example of what it is to be American. Now if we could only convince the people that were born here of that. This country wouldnt have nearly the problems it has.

An attitude like that is the reason the USA is the leader of the world. Thats why our system of Govt is far better than any other. Thats why we have saved countless lives while other countries stood by deciding what to do.
The USA didnt choose to lead. We didnt choose to be the best. It just happened that way. And as long as people in other countries have attitudes such as you describe those other countries will never be anything but pawns on the world stage.

I'm Canadian and as someone else noted, I think we view the American people as pretty much the same. It's the government/military actions and the recent financial crash that people have a problem with - on both sides of the border.

I'm english and americans are viewed as our friends! On the other hand it is viewed here that america would like to have world domination!
