Military supremacy does not mean "leadership" in all cases, in some cases it means bullying.

I fail to see the God's will aspect of your arguments/assertions. Maybe I missed it, but I can't find the Bible or Q'ran chapters mentioning anything about the US's supremacy.

How can we judge one another? No citizen of ANY country is to blame for their government's actions. I'm American and I DO understand why America is viewed the way it is today. I believe my government has acted maliciously, has created pain and suffering among so many.. its terrible. But what can I and others do? Citizens voices are never heard. Government controls the people, people dont control the government. I love everyone, and I dont buy into the BS that the government tries to make me believe. I really wish everyone could be "human".

To you maybe. To me its the touch of God himself. Its so beautiful. Its so glorious. I feel all tingly inside when I watch it. Its a gift from God himself and I thank him for it.

Every time I watch it I feel it is proof that God loves us. God loves us all. He wants us to save people. And if the people of the world cant save themselves he wants us to do it for him.

How wonderful. How gracious is my God to choose me to push the button of his love.

Thats what it is. The button of true love! Join me. Hold my hand my and we can push it together. And we will let Gods love reign down upon the earth forever. There is no love that is so pure as that.

i agree with #31 - the latter half of the 20th century has hailed the rise of a Pax Americana - just as there once existed a Pax Romana.

Oh my PW - you were just touting AVOIDING nuclear war - now you sound trigger happy. Cold war's done and thanks to Google Earth we can all pretty much monitor nuclear installations around the world (if only they'd had that program available during the WMD screwup). Mark my words - the US won't let Iran, North Korea etc get too far in their nuclear programs, so I don't think that anyone's going to be calling on the red phone or pushing buttons anytime soon.
