When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. @SunCloudJD, Thank you. I've discussed it with my old psychiatrist. She told me to see a counselor that specializes in trauma and/or ptsd. So right now I'm currently seeing one and we're working on finding out if I have it or not.
@MoobbusT, My nightmares are about a lot of different things. I've had night terrors before. They suck. Thank you for your help.

@irishwriter, They are very terrible to deal with. I used to take melatonin but I stopped taking it. And thank you.
@hummingbirdfly92, I stopped taking the medicine I'm on for a little bit to find out if that is what was causing the nightmares, but I still had them. And I don't take any sleep meds because it did make it worse. Thank you.
@beachshore, I used to take Zoloft a long time ago and it made me act terrible. I'm glad that people on here understand what I'm going through.
