i have nightmares every time i go to sleep. i was wondering if anyone out there is the same way
@irishwriter, They are very terrible to deal with. I used to take melatonin but I stopped taking it. And thank you.
@hummingbirdfly92, I stopped taking the medicine I'm on for a little bit to find out if that is what was causing the nightmares, but I still had them. And I don't take any sleep meds because it did make it worse. Thank you.
@beachshore, I used to take Zoloft a long time ago and it made me act terrible. I'm glad that people on here understand what I'm going through.
