I got this online, about foods you could eat and not eat, while you're waiting for more tests. Good luck, I hope you don't have it..
Nutrition
Food to eat:
Food rich in calcium milk and yogurt
Food rich in vitamin D like fish, beef liver and cheese
Food rich in corticosteroids like spinach and eggs
Increase the intake of sodium after consulting the doctor
Food to avoid:
Food rich in refined sugar and carbohydrates like candies, cookies, soda and white bread
Processed and fermented food like tofu and soy sauce
Avoid alcohol and caffeine intake
Food with the risk of being contaminated by parasites like chicken and pork
My doctor said it sounds like that is what could be the issue with me. The fact that I have low potassium, sodium and low blood pressure is all symptoms. It is in fact pretty rare, She said she has only treated 2 other people for this in her 30 years. It would be nice to have an answer to all my symptoms other than just being told its anxiety all the time but scary to think I could have this life long condition on top of already having health anxiety.... I am just getting so impatient I want answers now so maybe just maybe I can get back to normal..
There is *some* kind of imbalance going on, but they will tell you how to fix it, and then you will feel real good again :) Try to look at the bright side, if you can. Keep yourself busy doing happy and fun things while you wait for more information. You're going to be okay :)
