Not new to Anxiety and panic, (diagnosed/have psyc and therapist)but new here. Last night had the worst unrelenting panic for about 10 hours, despite taking an emergency prescribed pill and doing breathing/yoga. Symptoms that kept getting worse: internal vibrations/shivering, racing thoughts, racing heart...but the worst is a new strange sensation in my brain. It’s not pain, or a brain zap, it feels like a sinking feeling in my brain that triggers that sensation in my gut that triggers more and more anxiety. This is really scaring me as I have not read anyone report this symptom which make me more anxious. Any thoughts/recommendations I need and appreciate.

Your description of those symptoms remind me of what I most often call, "High Voltages." What I call ^it^ varies allot because ^it^ is so freaking hard to describe and so few people seem to know of what I speak. My personal favorite theory is that it is tied to my hyper-active metabolism.
Yes, it is allot to digest. Anxiety is a sneaky snake that takes on many skins and forms in my own life. It helps to have a safe place to sort the confusion.
To me it sounds like you were probably overly exhausted from being in panic mode for such a long period of time. Try to not overthink the symptom to much since you were panicking already when it happened. Try to relax and next time you see your doctor or therapist I would mention it.
