Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Adding to this because I did more research. To the one specific symptom there is literally no "best case scenario" it is considered serious and everything im reading is saying I should see a doctor immediatly. Usually I don't fall for that stuff because there's always something that says "well it is probably this thing that isn't that bad and it's rarely anything serious just wait a week and go see a doctor if it persists" this is not like that at all. There is no minor thing it could be. This is a sign of liver/gallbladder/ pancreas damage. Like every single thing I've read is saying the same exact thing. It's been happening for two days and it said if it happens more than one day to go see a doctor. I literally don't know what I'm going to do I am so scared I feel awful. I think it might be from taking ibuprofen. I've taken it a couple days in a row before (I take one pill for pain even though it says the proper dosage is 2 so I never thought it would badly affect me) I think it's caused me similar problems before but I was never able to pinpoint it to the medicine. I've taken it the past 3-4 days in a row and I'm thinking that's what this is about. It can cause liver damage if you take it too much but I never take large amounts for a long time so idk. I just can't calm down I keep trying to prepare myself for the worst. We have a house full of people literally all of my cousins but one is here and so is my sister's friend. Why there's a boatload of people in my house during a pandemic I have no freaking clue I did not want them to come here right now. It's just making my anxiety so much worse I don't think I can handle it any more I feel like I'm going to explode and just die. I hate this so much I hate my body I'm always sick something always hurts and now I am probably dying because my body freaking sucks. I can't even begin to describe how terrified I am of doctors. I haven't left in 2 years and now I might have to go out for the first time and face one of my biggest fears all in the same day. I don't trust them at all I only think they will hurt me I hate them so much. My brain is so full right now I genuinely am so scared I probably sound insane and I hate to take up space here I post on here far too often and people are probably annoyed with it. I wish I had more places to reach out but this is it. I already talked to my mom and she did what she could to calm me but I don't know if anything can calm me down except these symptoms just going away. But seeing as how they've been happening for days and days and seemingly getting worse I don't think that will happen. And I am so sorry for posting so much if there is a way to ban people from here and you feel I deserve that please do it because I feel awful for taking too much space but at the same time I have no idea what else to do like I am really stuck on where else to turn.

Give them a chance to help you recover, ok? We will keep our fingers crossed and pray that it’s not too serious. I hope you feel better soon. Sending you comfort and hope.
It's better to find out what is going on with our bodies, than to guess what it is and be wrong. I hope you feel better real soon!!
All the symptoms you listed are anxiety symptoms in my personal psych herstory, but those symptoms can cause permanent physical damage if left untreated for too long. I treat mine through psychotherapy channels, but when on the listening end, there does reach a point where I start recommending a trip to the primary physician to make sure that permanent damage threshold has not been breached. You might be due. In addition to that permanent damage threshold, there are also physical problems which can cause anxiety symptoms.
Continued support while you decide for yourself. Listening. . . Be gentle with yourself and patient with the process.
