I've beem feeling so so sick lately like my whole body is hurting and I am having some other symptoms that I don't want to explain. But I just told my mom about it and she even said it's bad. Usually she's the one to tell me it's okay and that I'll be alright. Then she asked if I wanted to go to the doctor, i said no and asked if she thought I needed to. She said I don't know. Usually she would say no and that she was just asking in case I wanted to. I am really horribly scared I don't know what to do I hate doctors I have trauma from them I don't want to deal with that God life just sucks so much lately. I don't know what to do I'm so scared. Anxiety just punched me in the face and I'm sure I'm barely gonna sleep tonight just like all the other nights lately.

I hope you feel better soon. Sending you comforting hugs.
Second, set yourself a positive goal sheet for every day. Simple tasks that you complete, mark off.
Third, decide - ask a question and make a choice. You are responsible for what you say, do, react, and respond.
Best wishes as you find your better balance. You are not alone in your feelings.
Try and break down this fear of the Dr. logically. He/She is literally the only person that can explain your symptoms properly. Try and think of the Dr's assessment as a step towards improvement rather than a death sentence; because frankly, that's what the visit will bring--a step towards improvement. Take the step, you've got this.
