  I have had bad anxiety for over 7 weeks now. Every week it seems like I have something new. At the moment I have what feels like something stuck in my throat and sore stomach but I feel fine when I lay down. I also feel constipated at times, I am really worrying about it to which seems to be making it worse. Is acid reflux causing this? or anxiety?

  To cut a long story short I have had bad anxiety for around 6 weeks now some days is better than others. My period came yesterday and I now am freaking out that it isn't really my period and implantation bleeding.   Prolonged anxiety?I have been under alot of stress and my anxiety is really bad this last month or so. A week before my period I had been feeling a slight pain like a tingling sensation in my left or right breast but never at the same time.   I have been under alot of stress this last month or so and I have OCD and anxiety which doesn't help. I had been searching online at the start and I became so obsessed I was sure I had those things. I have now convinced myself I am pregnant even though I had my period 2 weeks ago. I have had very slight heartburn over Easter because I overate and to much chocolate and fast foods which I normally wouldn't eat. I searched online after my period finished and I worried myself so much that it wasn't...
