Is Dental cleaning while pregnant considered safe?

Have any of you gone to the dentist while pregnant for a dental cleaning? Is there anything I should know before I go, such as whether or not to have X-rays or what kind of polish they use? I'm just wondering.

I would call your dentist office and let them know you are pregnant and ask them about it. The receptionist that answers the phone should be able to help you ahead of time.

And when you get there, tell the dentist, too. Just to be sure.

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
