I thought I'd log in to see what is happening on DailyStrength, and see what posts there are.
I'm now faced with a different layout I'm viewing it on a large screen, but it looks like it's been designed for use on a mobile or tablet instead (the fonts on the posts I view are massive).
Yet, as I'm typing a new topic the font size is absolutely tiny.
I see also that there is a mood thing. Why do I need to compulsory post my mood??! I've clicked on the insanely smiley one just so that I don't look grumpy.
When I view a post I can't tell without clicking on their avatar how many posts somebody has made. So I can't really tell at a glance if somebody may be a spammer or not.
I'm sure that things will improve with the site as they do their tweaks. The old site was looking incredibly dated. This site at first impressions looks more modern but it doesn't work.
This new DS is absurd. There is no reason why I cannot get a simple temporary password that works or have my old password work,
Why can no one at DS understand that the temperary password on 6-28-`16 DOES NOT WORK!
and when I try to request a new password, i get a sign saying that one has already been sent to check my junk email. DUH, it does not work!
Why do I get 2 emails a day asking if my issue is resolved & telling me how to go ask for a password.
gosh, if your email instructions only worked, there would be no problem.
But quit sending me emails how to ask for a temporary password & send me a darn temporary password!!!

This site to put it mindly is well shit...sorry its the only way i can put it. I use a tablet and i find the set up is rubbish its had to get around and find things your help page covers not enough topics for some reason people i dont want to be friends with are on my list! The font size and colour needs to change, how we see the group's and what was posted on those groups need to go back to how it was........oh and are you even reading what we are saying? Iam getting the impression that your not or you wouldn't have that crazy happy face going on mind you your the only one ive seen with it.
Hate the new ds. I am posting comments to journals and they don't show up. Can't read a whole "hug" only the first sentence or so. I hope it improves or I think I will be leaving. Not user friendly at all! One question, "why?"
I panicked when I couldn't find my friends. A few of them have found a way to log onto the site, but many of them are still MIO. I feel it was much easier to use before. The new posts keep getting lost and they aren't up at the top of the list anymore. It's almost more than this crashed body can take.
This is horrible--I had some great friends on this site, whom have been corresponding with for along time, whom I don't think are getting my messages, and there are a lot of things that are not working!! It took me a week to figure out how to reset my password--move the email they send that's in Spam into your inbox---Took me a week!! I was so frustrated!!! Now I don't know why my friends are not responding, if they are having problems also, like I did. This really sucks, we were all so dependent on this site, why didn't they take care of all the problems before launching the new site! I'm upset over this, I loved writing to some of the folks and friends on this site. What is going on?
Great job on the video.... but I am thinking it is one of the last things that should have been thought about when designing this site. These are all valid and important complaints for actual users. I am homesick for the old site and I actually like change, I think it is healthy. You have gone hiking without shoes but brought your camera..
Well, i just left a long comment and it did not post or 'send'. I think this video should have been the last thing on the list of to-do's. I am all for change, I like it and think it is healthy but there are way more important issues needing addressed than the making of a video. Went hiking with no shoes or a map but brought the camera!
It seems that all the posts in my groups are NOT UP TO DATE ????? It's very unusual for nothining to be added for 7-9 days? I'm very sad. I look forward to the support I find here and now it seems to have vanished.
I don't like the new daily strength. It should have never been changed, since there was nothing wrong with it. I'll definitely be looking for a new support / journal / blog site to go to. The way dailystrength is now, it will not help me at all.

What happened?? I just joined a group a few weeks ago and loved reading the comments on the forum. Where are all the posts??
Grannie can't even get on here! She's Our main Person to send Us regular posts! This is sad! What are We going to do now? Why did They do this anyway?

The new site looks like it's forever stuck in "mobile page display mode". It's like a hell I can't get out of.

it wasn't broken so WHY did you have to "fix" it? Now it IS broken !!!
