  Hi. Struggled with weight all my life. Currently 80-100 lbs overweight and 45 years old. Also battling health issues and depression and looking in the mirror doesn't help at all. The person looking back isn't me, there's no way I've let myself get this huge again. On a very limited income and finding it hard to afford healthy food. Plus side, I received a subsidy to join the city recreation facilities so can start exercising once I get the go ahead from my doctor. I am just really hoping to...

  New here. Joined to find support for a variety of issues. I have battled depression since I was a child. It's back with avengance after going through some major life changes and events. I constantly think about escaping the sadness. I'm just so tired all the time, have gained a ton of weight that I have no energy to even deal with, and have a partner who just generally makes things worse. Hope to find people who will listen as I have no one to share any feelings with. Thanks!
