  hahaha i'm so tired whats the pointi dont care about my friends or family or what people will think when i'm gone and i dont care about my own feelingsnobody loves me, if they say they do i dont feel it and nor do i want toi dont want to get better i want to be gonei want to not exist

  i've started distancing myself from everyone in hopes that nobody misses me when i'm gone? i'm planning on sitting in my car while its running in the garage pretty soon. i can't keep doing all this.(before anyone asks, yes i'm in therapy, yes i have a psychiatrist, yes i'm on medication, yes i've tried "coping skills" like yoga and exercise. no i dont want friends, and no my family does not support me. i dont really want professional help, it doesn't work from my experience.)

  i make a post about having depression and the only response i get is like find a therapist and stufflike i already do that, i see a doctor i'm on medicine and i see a therapist and oooops i still wanna die like where do i go from there lol
