  It's both high and low right now it's so low I feel like this world is really strange. I feel so uncomfortable lke hiding but running away and driving in the car to an unknown destination.. I'm trying to be normal for my son but I feel like a shell. I really don't know what to do with myself. I take no meds because they made me worse but I feel the same now

  my best friend has been given 14 years in prison. He is a true soul mate and we talk everyday and he's gone... I can't cope
