  I went to see my therapist today, but I don't get to see my dr until Monday that means a few more days of being all over the place. My anxiety has been so bad that I almost left work, I can't drive, I can't even socialize and everything makes me cry. However I just finished watching a movie called Me and Earl and the dying girl. It's basically about a girl who has cancer. I watched how she never gave up. So we all have options To get better and believe me I'm  not just a person saying...

  I'm crying and I don't want tell any one because I feel like my depression and anxiety is a burden to people. Especially because 2 months a go I had a break down. I try to hurt myself and I ended up at a hospital they prescribe me pills and lil by lil ig had helped me but now I'm off and I'm all over the place I'm having a panic attack and I want tell my mom but I feel bad for her. It's not fair that she had to deal with me.
