Take a moment to get hydrated, to walk around where you are, to "be in the moment". You have taken the important first step in writing it out. Best wishes!

I have seen a therapist. I just made and appt with her. I might go to the doctors since my spot it's not until next week. She told me I can go to urgent care

I can lose my mind too. My biggest relief is going outside to absorb the fresh air and exist where I feel most active. It is inexpensive therapy on your own terms. If that is not possible, thank goodness for mental health professionals. They can be a godsend, especially with the right diagnosis and proper tools your mind can be free and clear once again. Good luck

There's not always a reason for our anxieties. Mine comes so randomly. Some people have triggers but for me not so much. It's like this random, overwhelming feeling that I can't control. I totally feel your pain. When I first started getting it I thought I was dying. I had never had anxiety in my life and I didn't know what was going on with my mind/body. I went to the hospital because I felt like I was having a heart attack. It gets better. You learn how to control it and power through it. My best advice I can give you is to go on about life like it isn't happening. Staying in bed for me was awful. No matter how much I didn't want to get up and face the world, staying in bed leaves you alone with your thoughts. Get out and get your mind off of everything you're anxious about! Hope this helps.

Do something to distract yourself. A walk, a hobby whatever you like to do. I can get stuck in a loop when anxious. I have to do something to get out if that repetitive thinking

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
