  My cousin gave me a bottle of stress reduction essential oils and OMG does it help! I ordered some last night and can't wait to try all of them! Have any of you tried them?

  Hi.I have cross posted this is the arthritis group and the psoriasis group but I need help and information and found this group too. I have had scalp psoriasis and little patches on my knees for about 9 years and for the past 7 months or so increasingly I have been extremely ridiculously exhausted and increasingly worsening of joint pain especially in my knees and fingers. Within the past 3 months my fingernails and toenails have changed ranging from pitting I guess (like little dents and pin...

  After my ice test from my vascular guy he showed me the results. It is like a sine wave that showed good circulation before the ice, after the ice it was almost a flat line which would mean almost no circulation. I have been researching gloves and socks and shoes. Any advice?

  I am trying to quit smoking again! It has been 2 hours since I have last smoked. I know that seems like a small amount of time but it is good for me! I don't know if I can do it cold turkey so I have a script waiting for me at the pharmacy for the nicotrol inhaler if I find I need it I will pick it up. It will be a big test tomorrow if I can make it through work without smoking...I am unsure.  I am going through the stages of grief almost from losing this "friend". I am nervous.  I came here...
