  I've tried Somnapure and Alteril and Valarian Root with no success. Has anyone tried another natural sleep aid that has helped them (if all others failed)?

  I wonder if anyone else is using Dorzolamide Timolol (Actavis) 2 x a day for their glaucoma? If so, have you noticed the 10ml bottle never seems to last 45 days?

  I have Alteril, Somnapure and Valerian Root Standardized but don't know if I am only allowed to take them for a few nights or I can continue to take one of them every night before I go to bed (or maybe one Somnapure or Alteril with one Valerian standardized) on a continuing basis.I notice some posts from people saying they've been taking Alteril or Somnapure or Valerian Root (standardized) every night for years.
