  My name is Mary and I have severe PTSD from infancy. I just got a new doctor that has hope in me to become well. He says i probably dont have all the things my mental health provider has labeled me. He says the PTSD and outside influences have trained me to be the way i am. He gives me credit as to not being stupid or dumb and says these things affect many people. He says im not wrong this is okay. He wants to overcome my anxieties and become well. I have a lot of physical issues that are cause...

  Hi. I'm writing in hopes of relieving my unmotivational self and get to the point that i need to be to get things done. I have no energy this i blame on the surgery i had in january and i havent gotten it back yet and at 56 with a sedintary life i dont know if it will return. Well decided to come back to Daily Strength. Well, it sure is different than it was back then its harder to work if u ask me some things just arent clear on how or what to do. Im off to find out how these groups work.
