  I am being told by my therapist, psychiatrist and family dr that I have to take a DBT group or they will all discharge me from their practices for being non compliant. I dont want to take this group. I am scaredd and not a group person, plus the group doesnt get over til 8 at night and I work all day, and then have 45 minute commute home, only to go to bed and be back at work at 8.
