  Hey Guys, I am new to this platform and I landed up here only after a lot of contemplation. I tried seeking professional help to get out of this mental trauma but I was unable to open up to my therapist. I have recently undergone a breakup after 4 years of relationship and it has been 5 months since we spoke to each other.
