  I listened to an emotional detox meditation yesterday. The first 20 minutes gave me a sensation of pulling out knives from my heart. As I felt each one slowly release from my heart I could really feel the sadness inside me. I walked through the forest to ease the pain of this powerful meditation. After 20 minutes I no longer felt pain. I felt comfort and the knives went away. I'm going to practice this as much as I can.

  Hi I'm 29 yes old and live in a rural area with no one really my age. The only people that are my age I don't get a long with. I'm so freaking lonely and have had suicidal thoughts since I was 8 yrs old. This sounds weird but does anybody want to be my friend?
